Requirement

• 01 Term: 50% booking amount per person at the time of booking.

• 02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.

Payment Terms

• Booking payments are non-refundable.

• All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.

• Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges.

• Flight changes follow airline policy; contact us for refunds on tickets booked through us.

• No refunds for unused services during tours.

Cancellation Policy

• Thank you for choosing Huda Tours and Travels. By booking with us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions:

  1. Packages: Semi-Deluxe and Deluxe options available. Budget packages exclude luxury amenities. Meals are at fixed times; drinking water is in the mess.

  2. Hotels: Check-in at 4 PM, check-out by 12 PM. Alternate accommodations provided if needed.

  3. Visa & Flights: Visa approval is at the KSA Embassy's discretion; fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations.

  4. Additional Notes:

     • Riyaz Ul Jannah permits via NUSUK app.

     • Currency fluctuations must be paid before departure.

     • Not liable for lost luggage, passports, or delays during peak seasons.

     • Ziyarat plans subject to Saudi government regulations.

  5. Transport: Upgrades for extra seats or luggage incur additional charges.

  6. Legal: Indian laws apply; Delhi courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
