• Hotels: Check-in 4 PM, check-out 12 PM. Alternate accommodations if needed.

• Visa & Flights: KSA Embassy discretion; visa fees non-refundable. Not liable for flight delays/cancellations.

• Riyaz Ul Jannah Permits: Via NUSUK app.

• Payments: Currency fluctuations must be settled before departure.

• Liability: Not responsible for lost luggage, passports, or peak season delays.

• Ziyarat: Subject to Saudi government regulations.
